About Me
I am a Small Business Optimizer and short-term fractional Chief of Staff who helps busy founders turn scrappy, homemade systems into operations that actually support their lives. I work alongside entrepreneurs to implement the workflows, templates, and structure that create breathing room- not more overwhelm.
Before business, I spent 15 years in education and earned two master’s degrees, developing a deep love of learning, systems thinking, and helping people do hard things more sustainably. Today, I blends that educator brain with real world operations work to make businesses calmer, clearer, and easier to run.
I've spoken at entrepreneurial events, presented for professional audiences, and been quoted in online publications for my practical, human-centered approach to operations. I'm best known for translating complex ideas into tools teams actually use AND for sharing book recommendations like they’re a love language (because for me, they are).
When I'm not optimizing workflows, I'm is usually reading with a library card in hand, volunteering with a greyhound rescue, or serving on the board of a nonprofit that supports abused and neglected children in the foster care system. I believes strong systems (in business and in community) are the best way we care for people who need stability the most.
