After 15 years as an educator in Northeast Ohio, I made the leap into entrepreneurship and never looked back. These days, I work with fast-moving, big-dreaming business owners who are outgrowing their homemade systems but aren’t quite ready for a full-on operations consultant or Fractional COO. I come in, spot the chaos, and build the foundation that helps everything (and everyone) run smoother.

I’ve helped solo entrepreneurs become real-deal teams, created templates that landed dream clients through strategic RFPs, and freed up 10+ hours a week for folks who were finally able to delegate the right way. Whether I’m mapping out systems, leading an operations audit, or helping someone prep to hire their first admin, my goal is simple: make business feel less like chaos and more like progress.

You might’ve seen me on stage or behind a mic-speaking at events, hosting LinkedIn Lives, or chatting on podcasts about systems, stress, and scaling sustainably. I love breaking down complex operations stuff into real, doable steps. And I especially love watching someone light up when they realize, “Oh wait, this can get easier.”

When I’m not building smart systems or streamlining someone’s workflow, you’ll probably find me volunteering with a Greyhound rescue, serving on the board of a nonprofit that supports at-risk kids, or turning my kitchen into a full-blown Ke$ha dance party (audience of one, thanks for asking).
